From start to finish these guys were absolutely great! The customer service these guys have is top-notch. They're friendly, prompt, and gave me exactly what I needed. I had their undivided attention so I had absolutely no problem with any of the paperwork. The units were clean and easy to find. With this being my first storage unit I was a little apprehensive but they gave me a great deal plus the first month was free so that's always nice. I definitely recommend them to anybody and everybody that needs just a little bit of "extra space". Thanks Steve and Smitty!!!
Steve and Smitty (Herb) were very helpful and professional. I reserved the unit online and Smitty called me the next day to confirm and set up a time to come in on move in day. Steve took us over to our unit in a golf cart and showed us around. He answered all of our questions. The unit itself is brand new and super clean. We are very happy with it. I highly recommend this place.
When I first called in I was just pricing storage places in the area. When I called Extra Storage they asked about my needs and I went on a whole rant about how my HOA is a nightmare and my husband needed a place to park his work trailer (which is stressful because he needs it for work) and we also are looking to move so we needed a space to store some of the clutter in our house. Not only did they listen to my vent session they were very kind and told me what they could do for me and patiently answered my many questions about billing and pricing. I then priced other places in the area which were more expensive and also seemed annoyed with me asking questions. After a day or two of dragging my feet and stressing about all the stuff I need to get done I finally called extra storage again - they actually remembered me (the HOA ranter) and they set me up with a reservation for my two storage needs. Earlier today my husband and I took some stuff from our house and went to sign in for our indoor unit. Steve was in the office and he was awesome! He took us over to check out our unit - explained the security, how everything works, and was just an all around nice guy. I know storage might not seem like a big deal but when you're looking to buy a house and are working on setting a house up to sell every process that can be handled with ease and a friendly exchange is a huge relief.
Great staff! Very friendly and very helpful! Clean facility and professional employees. Quick and painless to rent a unit. In and out in about 15 minutes (including the walk to the unit and back to the office). Highly recommended to anyone looking for a storage unit!
