I lost my money clip in a theater and never noticed... was back home doing some mowing and went through the front door and there was my money clip with a note saying that it was found in the theater! Wow what spectacular service this place has... manager and crew members are to be commended for honesty and for tracking me down. Thanks!!
Usually have a decent experience with this theater. Typical movie theater concessions and pricing. However, my father and I recently saw a movie here which got cut short due to the fire alarms going off. I contacted their customer support and was sent unrestricted readmission tickets for the inconvenience, which was fine by me. My problem is that I can't reserve seats online with these readmission tickets because they have to be redeemed at the box office; so I try to call the theater to explain the tickets I have and try and reserve seats for us. I was on the phone for about 10 mins pressing 0 to speak with someone at the theater, but apparently NOBODY at this theater hears a phone ringing 100 times and can be bothered to pick up, so of course I have to take my pick of the "leftover" seats when I arrive at the theater.
Poor quality screens make this theater a second rate choice. For whatever reason, the movies here all have very bad looking colors. The IMAX theater is exceptional however. With Movie Tavern in Exton not too far, don't spend your money here unless your are seeing an IMAX showing.
