Love harbor freight. I had to exchange a power inverter. The Manager was such a nice guy. Got me in and out very quick.
Great prices and a large selection of tools. I used to buy craftsman tools, but now I've switched to getting my tools here. They have a lifetime guarantee and it's not a hassle to get a replacement, if needed.
Horrible customer service. The cashier didn't put down the phone while I was checking out. He just pointed at the total. I paid in cash and got my change back in dimes and pennies. He then put a ripped piece of paper down, I looked at it and realized that it was my receipt. I don't except much, but this was bad by any standard
