Pathetic. I am so sick and tired of walking thru this store with blue shirt clad employees clumped together laughing and talking, oblivious of customers. Their classic excuse is employees are dedicated to certain departments only and therefore cant help customers in other departments. So I just left after 24 minutes, having pulled two high end pc system boxes off the shelf and looking at uhd 4k monitors. Ready to drop $2500 on powerful gaming pc and monitor. No one around who gave a damn. Plenty of employees saw me. There was one guy helping another customer. Walked out after buying $19 In batteries. Bought laptop here last year, marginal pc, for basic use. Thought I would give BB one more shot.
Better close it down if the service continues to be bad.

SNES Classic Edition launch could've been handled better post ticket. Number on the ticket didn't matter at that point and several w/o a ticket were able to be in line somehow and ahead of me despite my ticket being #1. They should've been put into a separate non ticket line & forced to wait until all ticket holders got theirs.
So I will buy my system from Micro Center in St David's or online instead. Poor BB!! Boohoo!
They pack you the wrong color,on exchange they gave me the right color,but a usee one..
I was so impressed with the friendly educated customer service here. Chris was a great help when we were inquiring about buying a new tv. I believe he gave honest information about the pros and cons about our choice. Thank you Chris!
Meanwhile, boohoo, big box retailers are crying about big mean 'ol Amazon. Wonder how long BB makes it before they are standing next to Toys r Us, Sears and JC Penny's asking for handouts.

Found out Matt the GM was off today. Perhaps the kiddies play while "daddy" is away. This is the same experience for 2 out of the three of my last visits.
Finally had to settle for another color and new one.
Looks like they don't Mind cheating customers...just try to sell of their products. Wasted a lot of time on exchange....
